Cream Supplies has launched new Bonsoy soya milk for foodservice operators that replicates the characteristics of dairy milk more closely than other soya milks.
Bonsoy is made with organic golden soya beans and, with a 15% bean content, contains more than twice the amount found in most other soya milks, the brand said. The beans give it a high-protein value and it is billed as a natural and healthy indulgence.
The product, developed by Japanese soy masters, is positioned as a high-quality alternative to dairy produce and can be worked in virtually the same way as cow’s milk. It stretches readily and forms long lasting micro-foams to enhance its performance among baristas.
Bonsoy retails for £15.99 for a six-count case of 1l cartons.
