Bossar, an operating unit of the Rovema Global Packaging Group since last August, informs that it has not been affected by the restructuring process at the German Operating Unit of the Group.
The Rovema Global Packaging Group has several operating units worldwide. One of them, Rovema Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH, located in Germany has recently filed for Chapter 11 as part of a restructuring process, an essential step to strengthen the Rovema Global Packaging Group and its leadership role in the packaging industry. The Rovema Group is convinced that these actions are the most effective way to reassert its leadership, the starting point of an even more successful era.
The remaining subsidiaries worldwide are operating as usual.
Klaus Kraemer, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, has confirmed that Bossar’s Operating Activities continue as usual, reassuring also the continuity the strategic medium and long term plans implemented after the integration within the Group in August.
Bossar, based in Barcelona, Spain, has become a new division within the Group and its HFFS Pouch Machine Competence Center.
As declared by Santy Witarsa, General Manager at Bossar “… our operating activities have not been affected by the present reorganization process, as we are an independent division of Rovema Global Packaging Group, USA. Currently we are going through a period of strong growth and very positive changes following the merger of both Spanish organizations, Bossar and Rovema Ibérica. Two strong leaders in the packaging industry, bringing together more than 52 years of technical know-how and commercial experience and more than 4.300 machines installed worldwide”.
