Brewfitt employed audio branding specialist PH Media Group to oversee the creation of a series of bespoke audio messages that will be played to all telephone callers. Customers who phone the company’s Huddersfield head office will now hear comprehensive information about its product range and the ongoing promotion involving its award-winning CoolTube.
On-hold marketing involves the creation of bespoke audio messages that are played to telephone callers whenever they are put on hold, transferred, or when they call outside of normal business hours.

PH Media were tasked with creating distinct audio identities for Brewfitt and Paxman, both owned by the same family but requiring different voice and music representative of their brands.
Brewfitt provides drink dispense solutions to some of the most recognisable names in the drinks and hospitality industry – including Heineken, Diageo, Revolution bars and Molson Coors – so needed an upbeat voice and music production to reflect the innovative and lively nature of the brand.
As a manufacturer of scalp-cooling equipment used by chemotherapy patients to prevent hair loss, Paxman warranted an alternative approach. PH Media helped to create an audio brand with an informative and professional tone and messaging that explains the benefits to patients.
