Commenting on the performance, Ms. Vinita Bali, Managing Director, said: “In an intensely competitive market we continue to accelerate volume & revenue growth ahead of total industry growth. Britannia has introduced a baked snack – Timepass, in three variants – Mindless Masala, Tapori Tomato & Loafer Lemon, and strengthened its cookies portfolio with launch of Britannia Cookies, Fruit Dhamaka, and Tiger Krunch. 50-50 Maska Chaska with the addition of black salt was also launched nationally. Additionally, the dairy business launched new packs of cheese spread and extended the Tiger franchise to a fortified chocolate milk drink.
