After successfully working with clients in Japan, Vietnam, Hong Kong and India, Cartils believes a local office in the Asian market to be key to further benefit their clients.
“The step to open another international office is part of our strategy,” said Christiaan DJ Huynen, group director business development & marketing. “We’ve been expanding rapidly. We specialise in very specific sectors and therefore offer the very best service for these categories around the world. We believe that our focus and specific expertise is our strength, pushing geographic boundaries in what we’re good at. This is why we are currently already working in over 30 countries at this moment in time.”
There will be a full-time, client-facing consultancy team headed by client brand director Sarie Moolenburgh, based out of Hong Kong, that will specifically support all existing clients in Asia. At the same time, the new representative office will support the continuing new business efforts in the area in order to expand in this market.
