Until 14 August, Ocado will tweet three healthy meals a day.
Examples include breakfasts such as bircher muesli with almonds and agave, to light lunches of tuna teriyaki burgers with red radish sprouts and cucumber ribbon salad, and dinners such as spiced pollock, squash and chickpea.
The healthy eating plan has been created by celebrity chef Sophie Michell, best known for her Channel 4 programmes Cook Yourself Thin and Fit Farm.
