Tinned food brand Crosse & Blackwell has collaborated with holiday resort chain Butlin’s on a new on-pack promotion that offers shoppers the chance to win a family break to one of Butlin’s three UK locations.
The brand is offering two family holidays as part of the promotion, as well as £20 off the price of a Butlin’s holiday with every product. The promotion will appear on packs of its 4Kids line of meatballs in bolognese sauce, tomato sauce and gravy.
Crosse & Blackwell have rolled out a new packaging design featuring Scooby-Doo, under license from Warner Bros., to highlight the campaign and the chance for consumers to see Butlin’s Scooby-Doo stage show. The new packaging also incorporates a 100% British pork logo that emphasises the brand’s commitment to sourcing high-quality British ingredients.
Crosse & Blackwell marketing director Chris Wright said: “Our Butlin’s promotion will launch just in time for the start of the summer, so will engage parents and build shoppers’ interaction with the 4Kids brand.”
“The new packaging also helps communicate the quality of our products, giving shoppers even more reason to buy and additional reasons for stores to stock.”
