Prisma Peremarket deploys Foodie Product Suite that includes consumer-facing online services, in-store picking and tools. The core of the suite is the multichannel storefront built around Foodie’s behavioural recommendation engine.
For consumers, Foodie offers personalised product and food recommendations that are seamlessly linked to shopping online. The tablet-based in-store tools cover everything needed to run the online operations, from efficient picking to Collect & Go fulfilment.

The new Collect & Go service offered by Prisma will first be available for ordering online from Prisma Express convenience stores. Customers can place orders online, select desired pickup slot and orders are ready to be collected from 10-20. The service is provided free of charge. In the second phase, the service will be expanded to cover larger assortment and more stores in Estonia.
