the exclusive provider of carbonated soft drinks and other beverages at the Consol Energy Centre since 2010, DPS gives fans more than 30 products to enjoy – such as Dr Pepper, Diet Dr Pepper, 7UP, RC Cola and more – while cheering on the Penguins. The agreement also covers teas, bottled water, energy drinks, juices and juice drinks.
In addition to exclusive vending and pouring rights, DPS will receive certain advertising provisions such as radio broadcast, in-venue signs and an annual playoff promotion. It will also continue its ‘Cap Trick’ programme, an under the cap contest where fans can accrue and redeem points with the purchase of select DPS beverages and participate in online activities for Penguins tickets and gear.
