Christina Baskerville, who established the company in 2007 in her Dorset kitchen, said: “We are delighted to be sold in so many Waitrose stores as we know Waitrose customers already enjoy our products. Our pots win the taste test against competitors every time and we are often told how versatile they are – the dishes can be eaten heated up as they are for a quick and tasty lunch or added to rice, cous cous or a jacket potato for a delicious, healthy evening meal.”
