The initiative will provide Ebac’s customers with a choice of leaflets, flyers and interactive support materials that explain the benefits of Ebac water coolers to the end-user.
Additional marketing material will also be made available including an online image library where customers can download high-resolution images of all Ebac products, PowerPoint presentations that can be customised for end-users, and access to Flash Animation files from Ebac’s water cooler website.
The initiative, which launched on a smaller scale at the start of the year, has had such demand from customers that Ebac decided to expand the scheme.
Ebac marketing manager Richard Gates commented: “We started with a leaflet for our customers to give to end-users which explained the benefits of our new FMax POU cooler. Within a couple of weeks they had all gone; our customers found them extremely useful, especially as some smaller and medium companies don’t have the time or resources to design their own flyers.
“This is when we decided to expand the scheme and introduce additional elements; we really just want to support our customers as much as possible and make it easy for them to sell to their customers.”
Ebac have also confirmed that they will be able to provide customised flyers and have further plans to add to the portfolio of marketing materials available in the coming months.
