Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, its annual sales are approximately US$9m. The business operations will be integrated with Ecolab’s existing Brazil Institutional business. No further details were disclosed.

This acquisition will increase our service capacity and scale, improve customer coverage, and strengthen our customer relationships and opportunities for our fast-growing Brazilian Institutional business.
