Whitbread reports a 12.9% increase in Q2 2011 total sales, boosted by a 28.8% increase in coffee chain Costa Coffee’s sales.
Campbell Soup Company’s net earnings for the quarter ended 31 July 2011, were $100m, or $0.31 per share, compared with $113m, or $0.33 per share, in the prior year.
Swiss dairy company Emmi sees H1 2011 net sales increase 2.7% to CHF 1.31bn, with domestic sales growing 1.2% and international market sales up 6.8%.
Ukrproduct posts a 21.1% increase in revenue to £25m, driven by a 17% rise in its branded products segment revenue to £16m.
