FoodBev will be there in force to discover all the latest innovations and talk to the leading suppliers and seek out the newer entrant companies.
I already have plans to meet with Beneo, Wild, Dohler, Solbar, Nexira, Molda, Frutarom, Plant &Food Research, LycoRed, Tate & Lyle, Waggot, Cargill, Kaneka, Fortitech, Chr Hansen, PureCircle, Seppic, Holland Food Valley, Stepan Lipid Nutrition and Biocatalysts, so it’s going to be a busy few days!
But … if you’d like to meet with one of the team and ensure you appear in Beverage Innovation, Food & Beverage International or on FoodBev.com, then contact us as soon as possible, as the diary is filling rapidly. Just email Andrew Wildey any time over the next week.
Fi Europe is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year in a larger-than-ever event, filled with special show features and networking opportunities. Over 1,500 companies will be in France, covering more than 30,000 square meters of exhibition space at Paris Nord Villepinte.
A three-day conference alongside the show will address the most important issues currently faced by the industry, presented by leading experts and key manufacturers.
Key exhibitors will present new products applications, cutting-edge technology and practical insight. The seminars are free to attend and will inform you on the latest innovations, developments and news.
The New Product Zone will put the most innovative products on the market in the spotlight. For the 25th anniversary, the NPZ has been extended with new features, so not only will it display present innovations, it will also review how the industry has developed in the last 25 years, and take a visionary look into the future to foretell how food will look like in 25 years’ time.
The Food ingredients Excellence Awards will celebrate the best people, innovations and companies involved in the ingredients community, and recognise those who have demonstrated exemplary work throughout the year. The winners are chosen by a panel of industry experts and announced during a ceremony at the show.
Fi Europe and Ni 2011 will also offer expert innovation tours, a tasting bar, dedicated pavilions for new business, FiPSS (Food ingredients Processing, Safety & Services), organic food and different country pavilions.
So, plenty to do and see. And as the beverage industry is often the testing ground for new developments in the ingredients sector, I will no doubt have plenty to report back on in Beverage Innovation magazine and on FoodBev.com.
