ForeverGreen views the Asian country as a hot spot for the company’s international growth and for good reason. Japan ranks as number two in the direct sales revenues behind only the US, according to the World Foundation for Direct Sales Association, with sales in 2009 of $22.4bn.
“Japan represents a significant growth opportunity for ForeverGreen and will play a vital role in our international expansion,” stated Williams. “As the number two nation in our industry, it makes a tonne of sense for us to invest in our expansion in this market.
“By personally visiting with our distributors in Japan I was able to share our visions and take a hands-on approach to bolster growth. We have already established a foundation in the country; now our focus is shifting from laying the groundwork to expanding operations.”
