In particular, customers said they wanted to experiment with new frozen product lines at the same time as increasing their freezing capacity, yet without necessarily taking up more floor space.
The entry-level Freshline QS tunnel is 5.6 metres long and is capable of freezing up to 350kg an hour.
Air Products will showcase the compact tunnel freezing system at Foodex 2014, as well as its Freshline Plus cylinder range – a range of gas cylinders with antimicrobial surface technology suitable for use in hygienic food processing environments.
