This is a gallery of photos from the World Food Innovation Awards 2018, which were presented during a special ceremony as part of Hotelympia in London.
In all, results were announced in 20 different categories with winners receiving a trophy, certificate, press coverage at Hotelympia itself and further comprehensive PR support both before and after the show.
Winners demonstrated innovative solutions to some of the food industry’s most pressing issues – including surplus food, healthier snacking, plus convenient vending technologies and packaging.
