In this project, GE applies its advanced technologies and proven experiences in industrial sectors to the food and beverage industry, contributing to more efficient and cleaner utilisation of energy, reducing operation costs while improving efficiency.
GE will invest and contribute innovation centre staff at first phase, setting up a project team together with members from AB InBev.
The new project team will conduct research and cooperation in areas of combined heat and power, industrial water process and manufacturing software operations management, establishing the industrial standard in energy conservation of food and beverage industry, the company said.
