Perhaps you don’t celebrate Christmas at all, in which case this is just a normal day of business like any other. Next year stands to be another strong year of industry news and expert opinion, and we look forward to providing you with as much information as possible to help you make the decisions that matter for you and your business.
2012 was a challenging year for many of us, small and large, yet it has been recognised by many industry influencers as being a year of innovation. Despite the financial struggles that many of us have had to endure (or worse, have struggled to survive), the level of creativity remained high, and we saw new products in nearly every sector we can think of.
If this can be achieved in a tough economic climate, we can achieve so much more. So, let’s innovate further; let’s share our ideas and nurture creative talent so that the next generation of flavour experts, ingredients specialists and packaging designers et al can find inspiration in what is quite possibly the most exciting industry in the world.
