Scotland’s ‘other’ national drink Irn-Bru has partnered with design agency Jones Knowles Ritchie to launch a series of limited edition pack designs.
The new bottles are clad in tartan from clans all over the country as part of 2015’s “Bru’s Your Clan” campaign.
Harnessing digital printing technologies, 57 different types of tartan covering up to 11,000 different surnames will be launching in stores at mass scale.
Jonathan Gibbs, account director at JKR said: “Irn-Bru is a brand that consumers have genuine pride and affection for. The tartan designs create interest and disruption on shelf and have already kicked off new conversations for the brand’s adoring fan base.”
