Cider brand Kentish Pip has adopted a vibrant packaging redesign from branding agency Kingdom and Sparrow, as it seeks to establish itself in new markets and establish itself within the craft cider movement.
Each of the brand’s five award-winning, small batch ciders have inherited bold colour pairings, hand-scripted typography and quirky illustrations that completely reinvigorate its previously uniform labelling. The result is bottling that creates “stand out on a crowded shelf or bar” while retaining consistency and coherence, according to design blog The Dieline.
The family company uses its own apples to produce a range of different ciders – from a medium-dry Craftsman cider and medium-sweet Vintage Pip, to the hedgerow berry, wild summer elderflower and fiery ginger seasonal varieties.
Kingdom and Sparrow said: “Our focus has been to breathe fresh life into their already established heritage and to inject some of their vibrant personality into the brand.”
