Lamb’s Navy Rum has partnered with ‘five prominent Brits who are highly respected within their professions’ to emphasise their ‘True British Character’ as Lamb’s Navy drinkers.
They include Julia Pickering, a snowboard mountaineer who has conquered peaks throughout Antarctica, tattoo artist Louis Molloy who has inked David Beckham and Bradley Wiggins among others, and Edinburgh burlesque performer Missy Malone (pictured).
Recognition of the brand is high, with 80% of consumers in the UK being familiar with Lamb’s Navy Rum, and Halewood International is looking to introduce new consumers to the brand.
To achieve this, Lamb’s Navy is launching a consumer campaign throughout the summer, with the brand featuring prominently in key consumer titles such as FHM, *Esquire,* Stylist and the Metro newspaper, and partnering with Shortlist running up to an awards event to convey the message of ‘True British Character’ to a younger audience.
The campaign is also being supported by a new website.
