Co-owner James Sweeting is one of only a handful of ‘Q Grade’ coffee tasters in the world. He said: “It’s particularly pleasing to have been singled out by our peers within the industry as one of the top four roasters in Europe, and one of the top two contract roasters.
“Having recently moved to our state-of-the-art roastery in Brigg, we now have increased capacity for contingency and contract roasting, grinding and finishing in all formats of packaging which enables us to work with more customers from Europe and beyond.
“Our recent expansion has played a major role in achieving this coveted recognition. We have the capability to double our capacity again and are hoping to achieve this within five years by continuing to produce world-class coffee for the ever-growing, discerning coffee-drinking market.”
