Mark has nearly 20 years’ experience across the whole supply chain, including retail as a food technologist and buyer at Marks & Spencer, foodservice as a commercial manager at Brakes, and most recently as commercialisation director (foods innovation) at PepsiCo, where he has worked for the last 10 years.
“Mark will lead the key teams at IGD to make an even bigger impact in people development through, for example, our Leading Edge network and Feeding Britain’s Future, helping young unemployed people,” said IGD chief executive Joanne Denney-Finch.
