The recall results from concerns that some of the facility’s milk may not have been properly pasteurised. After analysis, the product tested positive for residual phosphatase, which indicates improper pasteurisation. Therefore, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is warning the public against consuming the milk.
Farmers All Natural Creamery believes that 954 gallons of milk were sold to 4 distributors.
