Nestlé Cereals UK has introduced a new pre-portioned breakfast cereal product for children, NAT Bears.
When added to milk, the individually wrapped bears crumble to become a bowl of cereal. Designed to ‘help parents make breakfast time fun’, NAT Bears is available in honey and chocolate flavours.
According to Nestlé, its latest product is made with ingredients from natural origins, contains no artificial colours or flavours, and is high in fibre.
NAT Bears features the Nestlé Cereals green banner on its pack, signifying that whole grain is its number one ingredient and that it contains at least 8g per serving.
“We know that parents are looking for a cereal that is both tasty and high in fibre for their kids at breakfast time, and we’re confident that our new NAT Bears fits the bill,” said Gharry Eccles, vice president UK and Australia Nestlé Cereals.
“NAT Bears comes as pre-proportioned, individually wrapped bears – you just add one bear to a bowl of milk, and it makes a bowl of tasty cereal.
“We are passionate about making breakfast better and are pleased to introduce this truly unique product to the market, which makes for a happy breakfast.”
NAT Bears is available in the UK, with an RRP of £2.89 per six-pack, from Sainsbury’s, and will be rolling out to Tesco in November. The product will also launch in Ireland by the end of 2020.
