Pepsi-Cola of Corvallis has a long and rich history in Oregon. Owner and President Mario Pastega purchased the Klamath Falls Pepsi-Cola franchise in 1948, and expanded to Corvallis in 1961, Tillamook in 1974 and Medford in 1986.
The franchise has been a successful family-owned and operated business ever since, winning the Donald M Kendall Bottler of the Year award in 1999 for exceptional customer service, community support, quality and business performance.
Being an integral part of the communities they serve has been a hallmark of the Pastega partnership with Pepsi. Pastega’s sons, Gary, Ken and Denny, have worked in the business with Mario and served as general managers of the company’s three geographic locations for several years.
“The Pastega family’s legacy of leadership, community involvement and passion for this business inspires us all, and PBC hopes to build on this legacy through our continued commitment to both the Corvallis community and the customers this franchise serves,” said Pepsi Beverages Company CEO Eric Foss.
