A joint steering committee was established to enhance collaboration, to aid a successful transition from the existing ProProcure platform and to ensure continued user adoption and growth.
ProProcure, a marketing spend management company, has confirmed that long term client Pernod Ricard, the world co-leader in wines and spirits, has successfully migrated to the evolved version of the ProProcure Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.
The platform, named eMarket 2011 by Pernod Ricard, has had a complete user interface rework which is now as easy to use as the most popular B2C online retailers.
Since 2009 Pernod Ricard has used ProProcure’s platform and related services to manage marketing collateral, including promotional and Point of Sale (PoS) items, spend and procurement. Benefits to Pernod Ricard include multi-national brand protection and total spend visibility with forecasting and aggregation capabilities.
The enhanced version is recognised as being even more intuitive and therefore easy to use by Pernod Ricard staff around the globe, enabling them to procure all marketing collateral from a central point. One of the major highlights of eMarket 2011 is that the service is now so intuitive that users, new and existing, are adapting to the new platform without the need for training, the company said.
Frank Treanor, managing director of ProProcure, said: “Pernod Ricard is a great example of the success our clients are achieving from using our latest SaaS platform. We have worked with Pernod Ricard for several years and we are delighted that they continue to collaborate with us to manage all their marketing collateral procurement. We are very proud to be working with Pernod Ricard.”
