PET Engineering’s Moreno Barel & Alberto Casini talk about the Devin bottle

Bill Bruce talked to PET Engineering’s Moreno Barel and Alberto Casini at BrauBeviale 2014 about the company’s award-winning bottle for Bulgarian water brand Devin.

They also talked about a new breakthrough design in PET for dairy using lightproof PET, and the ‘Twins’ design for beer that features direct printing.

Using Glasstar resin from Novapet, the Devin bottle won the ‘Best bottle in PET’ category in the 2014 World Beverage Innovation Awards, taking PET into the premium category for the hotel, restaurant and catering sector.
