SSC, a Hong Kong based company, will act as the front line, first level support provider to ProProcure’s clients.
SSC will provide first level help desk support for both end-user business queries and technical queries. Support will be provided via both telephone and online services and will be delivered in the locally spoken business language.
By providing local support for ProProcure’s clients both time zone differences and language difficulties will be avoided.
