The company claims that its image is undergoing ‘subtle’ change, which includes a strong ‘stripy’ look for its brand and new uniforms for its staff. The PizzaExpress menu will also undergo change.
There seems to be a significant movement in the chain restaurant business these days, with the likes of McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and PizzaExpress shifting into a higher gear when it comes to attracting new custom (or at least maintaining the regulars).
