A session on making savings from new technology will include Sidel, Contour Global, Sipa, Bericap and CCL Industries.
The InnoBev Global Soft Drinks Congress will take place 9-11 March 2009, alongside the Anuga FoodTec international trade fair for food and beverage technology.
The programme will also include a visit to one of Coca-Cola’s local plants and a gala dinner at the [Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg] (http://www.schlossbensberg.com/en/home) in nearby Bergisch Gladbach.
The theme for the 2009 Congress is ‘Managing cost, delivering value’, and the event will retain a focus on consumers and marketing while addressing the need to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Richard Hall, Zenith International chairman, said: “We know that in the current economic climate, delegates need several reasons to attend an event. Linking up with Anuga FoodTec means that the Congress will not only provide a one-stop shop for international beverage market insights and networking opportunities, but it will also allow for time at the exhibition to check out the latest in technology innovation.”
This will be the fifth InnoBev Global Soft Drinks Congress. The event has become a key date in the industry calendar, providing an effective, top-level networking opportunity and forum for debate on global issues and key challenges. Past congresses have attracted some 200 representatives from 40 countries.
Sponsors at this year’s event are leading industry suppliers Beneo-Palatinit, Frigoglass and Sidel.
