Gourmet yogurt brand The Collective has expanded its children’s offering with the introduction of a new range of flavoured yogurt pouches.
Its new Suckies are available in kiwi, pear and apple, sassy strawberry, sunkissed tropical, peach and apricot, and blueberry varieties – the lattermost of which will become the “UK’s only blueberry kids’ yogurt,” the brand claimed. The product has been designed for on-the-go consumption and can be frozen, to be consumed when they thaw out.
“Each variety is packed full of whole milk goodness and only contains sugars from fruit. Suckies are free from GM ingredients, gluten, artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, and are suitable for vegetarians, with no pips and bits allowed,” The Collective said.
The colourful pouches have been designed to appeal to children and the new range’s launch will be supported by a new marketing campaign, covering social media and PR activity. The 100g pouch retails individually for £0.79, and is available from retailers including Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Ocado and Tesco.
The Collective co-founder Amelia Harvey said: “We created the Suckies range to provide the children’s dairy category with a convenient and mess-free yogurt product. Our latest edition is the only blueberry kids’ yogurt in the UK. It is loved by parents for its unique offering and because it contains antioxidant-rich blueberries which are a source of vitamin C and vitamin K. Children love it because of the great taste the quality ingredients bring.”
