Tonino Lamborghini has launched a new premium vodka and energy drink, doubling the food and beverage offering from the brand synonymous with Italian style.
The brand’s new 40% alcohol-by-volume vodka is made using high-quality cereals from the Balkans and Slovakia – regions renowned for the superiority of their grain. “The harvest is carefully selected to eliminate any impurities and the softened corn goes through a process that enhances the starch content,” Tonino Lamborghini said.
It then undergoes a triple distillation process that extracts the best qualities of the grain, is filtered several times through birch-activated carbon filters
The vodka joins the brand’s existing espresso and branded hot chocolate drinks; it also manufactures a range of leather goods, watches and accessories.
Tonino Lamborghini has also released a carbonated energy drink designed to improve concentration and physical performance, increase wellbeing and stimulate the metabolism. Offering energy “without giving up style”, the drink’s premium positioning is reflected by the classy design of its cans, which prominently feature the brand’s “raging bull” logo.
Tonino was the son of Italian industrialist Ferruccio Lamborghini, who founded the luxury sports car brand that bears his name in 1963.
A brand spokesperson said: “For several years Tonino Lamborghini has been a byword for made in Italy. Instantly recognisable, the style of the ‘raging bull’ embodies a consummately Italian tradition of elegance, class, defiance and power that has become synonymous the world over with originality and luxury.
“Tonino Lamborghini vodka is presented in a shaft of sheer elegance that evokes effortless style. The transparency of the bottle is offset by a jet dusting that enhances its unique prism design and emboldens the ‘raging bull’ insignia, executed in epoxy chrome to give it a silver-plated effect.”
They added: Tonino Lamborghini Energy Drink is the first made-in-Italy carbonated soft drink formulated to give the right amount of energy to those who aim at living every moment of their life intensively without giving up style.
“[It is] dedicated to a medium-high level of young adults between 25 and 40 years, ‘fashionable’ clubbers, modern and dynamic, looking for a special energy mix. Tonino Lamborghini energy drink has a delicate taste and a sophisticated image.
