The Vegetarian Caviar Club has launched a new range of black and red gourmet seaweed pearls at the International Food Exhibition 2015.
The vegetarian and vegan-friendly alternative is made from a unique formula derived from laminaria, retaining all the benefits of seaweed but with the apperance and consistency of authentic caviar. The new range of black and red caviar, caviar spreads and tobiko toppings for sushi are available in 100g, 195g and 1kg size formats.
According to the company, the luxury caviar is “the perfect addition to any dining experience”.
Vegetarian Caviar Club said: “[With this new product,] chefs can create culinary masterpieces for all dietary requirements, being ideal for canapés, champagne receptions, sushi, tasting menus, afternoon teas, a la carte, buffets and banquets.
