Tate & Lyle’s senior vice president and interim general manager of Stevia James Blunt has said that the company ‘not in favour’ of the impending sugar taxes. It was also explained that Tate & Lyle has a focus on optimised stevia solutions with Sweet Green Fields, which help customers replace part of the sugar in their beverages with a clean label stevia sweeteners solution.
