Katherine Davis brings over 25 years’ experience to the role, having previously worked as NPD manager at MRC Ltd. She established her development expertise in creating chilled and ambient sauces as well a wide range of dry products from conception to launch for customers in food manufacturing, retail and butchery sectors.
In her position at EHL, Davis will specialise in creating innovative conventional and organic dry ingredient blends that will include coatings, rubs, seasonings and dry marinades for meat, fish and vegetable dishes.
The incorporation of new exciting ingredients will add provenance to EHL customer products. Her main focus will be on the UK food manufacturing, foodservice, catering, bakery, snacks, wholesale and cash & carry. The organic, health food shops and speciality food stores will also be catered for.
