A “revolutionary new super drink” that boosts hydration by providing consumers with a concentrated shot of vitamins, minerals and electrolytes has launched in the UK.
Ohayo, which means “good morning” in Japanese, is described as a “mini bottle of goodness” that helps to keep the body hydrated when it needs it most. Available in 150ml bottles, it can be consumed at home or on the go for a quick recharge after a workout, a much-needed refresh or to help stay on top form, the brand said.
The drink is jam-packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Each little bottle contains vitamins C and B to help reduce tiredness and fatigue, magnesium to contribute to the body’s electrolyte balance, and potassium to help maintain a normal blood pressure. It is vegan-friendly, gluten- and dairy-free and free from artificial flavourings.
The product has launched in Harvey Nichols with a recommended retail price of £3.75.
Ohayo co-founder Sanam Petri said: “We’ve been taking it ourselves for years. We named it Ohayo, Japanese for ‘good morning,’ because we wanted to help make every day for those who drink it a good day.”
