Tetra Pak’s vice president of marketing, Libby Costin believes that a key trend impacting the dairy industry is the desire for consumers to have a closer connection to their food.
Costin said: “I think consumers are interested in where their food comes from. The process from farm to plate and where the ingredients has come from as well. This is one thing the industry will need to think about moving forward.”
