365 Retail Markets has rebuilt its headquarters in Troy, Michigan, adding new facilities to support the company’s growth ambitions.
Unattended retail specialist 365 Retail Markets offers a combination of payment, micro market, vending, and dining solutions for workplaces and similar locations in several countries.
The company’s expanded headquarters now occupies more than 23,000-square-feet, and includes an innovation lab, training lab, global support centre, product showroom and a ‘state-of-the-art’ breakroom featuring 365’s MicroMarket, PicoMarket, and Café Dining technology.
365 Retail Markets also operates a second building in Troy, which houses the company’s manufacturing warehouse, finance, and sales operations.
Joe Hessling, Founder, and CEO of 365 Retail Markets, said: “Our rebuilt headquarters was a necessary investment to keep up with the tailwinds powering the self-service industry.
“Having the time to complete this during Covid was an advantage; while most of our staff was at home, we were able to strip the building to its walls and start over without impacting the business.
“We are happy to call SE Michigan our home and glad that we were able to make this investment under difficult circumstances.”
Director of people and careers at 365 Retail Markets, Mollie Krupp, added: “From the initial conversation with internal teams to the final build, our focus was to create a collaborative and vibrant environment for our people to feel a sense of community and flexibility where they work.
“We are incredibly thrilled to be back in our new space, working together and developing new products.”
