Bio-tiful Dairy has launched two new kefir smoothies in the UK, designed to appeal to taste-led shoppers wanting to try something new in the functional dairy market.
Honey and ginger kefir smoothie and cacao kefir smoothie are both targeted at health-conscious consumers.
Bio-tiful Dairy’s kefir contains more than 40 strains of gut-friendly bacteria, is high in protein and free from any colours, flavours or preservatives.
The brand said that as gut health continues to grow into a mainstream global trend, it aims to help consumers upgrade their milk and yogurt purchases to a “more nutritious and higher quality dairy such as kefir”.
With a refreshing taste and silky-smooth texture, Bio-tiful kefir can be consumed on its own, in smoothies or poured over fruit and cereal.

The cacao flavour is available in 250ml and 500ml bottles, retailing for £1.45 and £2.25 respectively. The honey and ginger variant is sold in 250ml bottles with a recommended retail price of £1.45.
Last year, Bio-tiful Dairy was awarded best brand extension and best functional dairy for its Kefir Quark Original at the World Dairy Innovation Awards.
