Carte D’Or has partnered with Baileys Irish Cream to release a new flavour in their dessert range, this marks Cart D’Or’s first collaboration with an alcoholic brand in the UK.
The 825ml tub of ice cream features Baileys flavoured vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate pieces and Bailey’s flavoured caramel sauce.
The product has already generated significant interest in the lead-up to its launch, according to the brand’s market research, which showed more than two-thirds (68%) of adult shoppers expressing ‘definite’ or ‘likely’ intention to purchase the dessert.

Carte D’Or Baileys is available from early November across grocery and convenience channels. The product will remain part of the Carte D’Or portfolio beyond the festive season as a permanent addition to the range.
