Chickapea has released a pulse-based, organic chickpea and lentil mac and cheese aimed at vegetarian consumers in Canada.
Chickapea Mac and Cheese is available in three flavours: Mac with classic cheddar, mini spirals with classic cheddar, shells with white cheddar.
The pulse-based mac and cheese products combine the chickpea and lentil ingredients from the brand’s pasta range with organic cheese sauces.
Each product contains 19g of protein, 8g of fibre and less than 500mg of sodium per serving.
