Constantia Flexibles Labels Division has announced that all of its operating units have been rebranded collectively as Constantia Flexibles.
Effective immediately, the change covers business names including Grafo Regia, Haendler & Natermann, Novis, and CM Labels. All will continue to be used as site designations, but the company name and brand message is Constantia Flexibles.
The Labels Division’s revenues are in excess of €485 million and it includes over 2,000 employees. It operates 19 global facilities including locations in Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Malaysia, Mexico, Romania, the United Kingdom, USA and South Africa. Product offerings include wet-glue paper, pressure sensitive, shrink, wrap-around, foil, lid labeling and reseal packaging.
Verstraete is included in Constantia Flexibles’ Labels Division, but will continue to operate under its existing name due to its unique in-mould product offering and market specific branding. Today, we revealed that Verstraete had launched a new packaging format for Philadelphia cream cheese in the Brazilian marketplace.
Executive vice president Mike Henry said: “It’s critical that the labels division works together as one if we are to be successful. We have an extensive product portfolio and global footprint that offers a clear and simple vision or interaction with our customers. With the continued consolidation in the FMCG market and associated centralised focus on global brands, there are benefits to everyone if we present a consistent clear image to the customer.”
