Diageo has introduced a new ready-to-drink can of Gordon’s 0.0% alcohol-free spirit mixed with tonic for on-the-go summer occasions.
Available in the UK, the new premixed drink comes after the successful launch of Gordon’s alcohol-free alternative in December.
Made using the same distilled botanicals as Gordon’s London dry gin, the drink combines the juniper-led alcohol-free gin with a zesty, fresh lime aroma. Each 250ml can of Gordon’s 0.0% and tonic contains 62.5 calories.
Charlotte Gibbon, GB head of marketing at Gordon’s, said: “Following the huge success to the market of Gordon’s 0.0%, we have expanded the range and introduced Gordon’s 0.0% mixed with tonic in a ready-to-drink can. This product is the perfect choice for the upcoming picnics in the park – especially as the days get longer and warmer.
“We know that opting to go alcohol free, especially whilst you’re out socialising, often means having to compromise on taste and experience. This exciting innovation offers a solution for those on-the-go consumers who still want to enjoy the zesty taste of Gordon’s but are choosing not to have alcohol.”
Gordon’s 0.0% and tonic is available to purchase in Sainsbury’s for an RRP of £1.60 per can or £5.50 for a pack of four, with more retailers to follow.
