Our Delvo-Yog cultures allow manufacturers to meet a wide variety of needs.
“To better communicate each culture’s benefits and for ease of selection of the best Delvo-Yog culture, we’ve structured the range into five groups based on the most common yogurt types produced globally: Authentic, Traditional Style, Infinite, Set Velvet and Flow Velvet. The cultures within each group share similar properties. Plus, our team of experts work closely with customers to develop every type of yogurt, whatever the requirement.
“For greater flexibility, we have also added new cultures to the Delvo-Yog Set Velvet and Flow Velvet groups. Cultures which focus on a product’s texture properties without compromising a mild flavour and clean taste have been introduced to the Set Velvet range. These deliver a yogurt which is smooth after stirring and has a rich, creamy mouth feel. And, in the Flow Velvet group, cultures which provide increased viscosity, enhanced smoothness, sheen, and creamy texture are now part of our offer.”
