Industrial washing machine manufacturer IWM is preparing to showcase a new general-purpose cabinet washer.
The new CW13 EX BT washer has a “relatively small footprint”, the company claimed, and has been designed with a focus on hygiene, featuring an internal self-cleaning function and no interior right angles.
Wash water recirculation through an efficient suction filter system minimises water, detergent and energy usage. The CW13 also has a guaranteed high temperature rinse cycle, powered by a separate pump and water feed. The duration and temperature of each rinse cycle can be pre-programmed as part of the total washing cycle, and each rinse cycle uses a maximum of 8l.
The result was “a cost effective and energy saving solution”, the company added.
“Thanks to its solid construction and user friendly operation, the new CW13 EX BT general-purpose cabinet washer is ideally suited for efficient batch washing of a wide range of items, including trays, machine components or change parts, weigh pans, buckets and utensils.”
