Honey-sweetened drinks brand Just Bee has launched an environmentally conscious range of spring waters with a hint of honey.
The drinks are available in apple and ginger, blueberry and lemon, and lemon and green tea varieties – all containing a hint of honey. They are made using natural ingredients, use less than 5g of sugar in each 100ml serving and contain less than 50 calories in every 330ml carton. The new range, which has already been made available to retailers, has a recommended retail price of £1.59.
The company will donate 10% of profits from the range to UK charities, including Friends of the Honeybee, which seeks to encourage the development of bee-friendly environments and reverse the decline in population numbers. The drinks are also packaged in environmentally friendly Tetra Pak cartons, underlining the company’s commitment to doing good.
“As the extreme focus on sugar content in drinks continues to rise, Just Bee, the leading brand in honey-sweetened drinks, has launched a three-strong range of refreshing flavoured spring waters to tap into consumer demand for low sugar soft drinks,” the brand said.
Just Bee founder Joe Harper added: “Just Bee is an innovative brand which really taps into what consumers are looking for right now: a healthy, refreshing and importantly low sugar drink that doesn’t compromise on taste.”
