Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean side dish made of cabbage or vegetables, with a variety of seasonings that give the dish a distinctive ‘spicy & sour’ flavour.
The kimchi is traditionally made like a pickle and often allowed to ferment underground in jars for months at a time. It is Korea’s national dish and can also be made with cabbage, radish, green onions or cucumber.
The Kimchi and Tofu Crispy Dumplings from Bibigo will be launched in mid-March and will be available in 16 Tesco stores with an outlook to increase these listings with the retailer and independent retailers over the year.
