Kopparberg has extended its range of frozen fruit ciders with the addition of a new mixed fruit flavour.
The latest variant, which has an ABV of 4%, packs fruity flavours of blackcurrants and raspberries, delivering the ultimate mix of invigorating flavours and absolute refreshment, the Swedish brand said.
Packaged in a metallic pouch, Kopparberg Frozen Mixed Fruit Cider should be frozen for eight hours, simply squeezed into a glass and enjoyed with a spoon or straw. It has been made available through a selection of off-trade outlets throughout 2016, and follows the arrival of Kopparberg Fruit Lager earlier this year.
It also joins the brand’s two existing frozen fruit cider flavours: Kopparberg Frozen Strawberry and Lime and Kopparberg Frozen Elderflower and Lime.
Kopparberg senior marketing manager Jodie Alliss said: “Following the successful launch of our frozen fruit ciders in 2015, we’ve seen widespread demand from our consumers to expand the range even further into 2016. That’s why we’re excited to be offering the Mixed Fruit variant, our latest premium frozen fruit cider product that gives Kopparberg consumers even more drinking alternatives this summer.” Kopparberg Frozen Mixed Fruit Cider is currently available in individual 250ml pouches from Tesco and The Co-Operative. The product will also be available in Asda, Morrisons and other selected convenience stores from April, with a recommended retail price of £2.99.
